Payment
Praxis CPD courses may be live sessions, webinar replays or interactive courses and coaching programmes. Mentoring sessions are also included as 'courses'. Some pre-recorded courses are combined to form prescribed bundles.
Invoices are automatically generated with your receipt number and confirmation details.
Praxis CPD accepts payments in UK Pounds Sterling, online via credit/debit card using Stripe or Paypal.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed so long as two criteria are met:
- The student may request a refund within 14 days of paying for and enrolling in any full course listed on courses.praxis-cpd.org.uk
- The student may request a refund so long as they have not completed 20% or more of the course. The course system shows detailed completion rates, and log in details for each individual and course.
Student refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the student's emailed request and will be returned back to the same form of payment as was used to pay for the course. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit/debit card or PayPal statement, depending on your credit card company. The course administrator will email you when the refund has been processed.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are different to subscriptions. When you sign up for a payment plan you are entering an agreement to make each payment as set out in the plan. You must make all payments as agreed, and cancellations are not possible. Please email [email protected] if you need to change your payment details, eg updating card details. Missed payments will be re-attempted and if the payment remains unprocessed, you will be unenrolled from the programme/course.
Pre-Enrolment Courses
Students who pay for pre-enrolment courses may request a refund at any time, so long as the course has not yet launched.
Once the pre-enrolment course converts to a full course and the student formally enrolled in the course curriculum, refunds will be provided so long as two criteria are met:
- The student may request a refund within 14 days after the student is auto-enrolled into the course at the time of course launch.
- The student may request a refund so long as they have not completed 20% or more of the course.

Course Enrolment
You will be enrolled in your course for a specific amount of time. Enrolment duration can be checked in your student dashboard, and reminders will be available via the website when you are approaching the end of your enrolment period.
Extensions and re-enrolments
If you need extra time to complete your course, please email [email protected] before your access expires to request an extension. This will be charged at 50% of the current course fee at the time of the application.
If your course access has expired, you can apply for a re-enrolment at a fee of 75% of the current course fee at the time of the application. Please email [email protected] to facilitate this process.
Course Content
The courses are provided for your own personal use to inform your own professional practice. Content must not be shared, reproduced or repurposed without written agreement and permission from Sally-Ann Morrison at Praxis CPD Ltd.
All information is provided in good faith. You accept that SpLD assessment is an 'ever evolving field', and there may be times when Praxis CPD Ltd course content differs from information provided by your APC provider. All efforts are made to ensure SASC Guidance and current best practice is reflected in all Praxis CPD Ltd. courses.
Terms of Service, Refunds
If a student does not comply with Praxis CPD Ltd Terms of Service, we reserve the right to deny any refund requests.
Most of our courses invite you to provide a review of your course experience. Reviews may be added to the Praxis website and your name will appear next to your review if submitted via the website invitation. Reviews and feedback sent via email or Facebook groups will be anonymised before being shared.
Complaints
We take our courses and duties of care seriously. Any complaints about Praxis CPD and its courses should be sent in writing via email to [email protected] You will receive a confirmation email and we will provide a formal response within 30 days of receipt of the complaint.
